WOJM is a series of types of mixing fans designed to work in difficult conditions.
Where should air bags be used?
WOJM fans are used in rooms with large cubic capacity, where forced air circulation must be ensured. There are several reasons for the mechanical forcing of air movement. Most often, air circulation is associated with the need to maintain a constant temperature throughout the room, e.g. in order to reduce heating costs (heated air accumulates at the top and cools down due to heat loss through the roof). In these situations, the mixing fans „push” the warm air downwards. This solution works especially well in high-rise production buildings and high-bay warehouses. The second important application of WOJM air mixers is air mixing in inverter buildings (piggeries, cowsheds, stables, chicken coops). Breeding rooms usually have a large area and large heat gains (from animals). In summer, animals require not only increased ventilation but also circulation. Gentle air circulation has a positive effect on the development of the livestock. Livestock buildings are relatively low rooms, therefore the circulation movement takes place horizontally (air from above the ceiling is pumped along the length of the hall and displaces the air at the floor, causing a closed circulation.
Damage resistant design.
WOJM mixers have a rigid tubular housing protected on both sides with a protective mesh, thanks to which the fan is very protective against accidental mechanical damage (damage caused by passing machines or animals). In addition, the fan is equipped with mounting brackets and chains for easy suspension and setting the appropriate angle of inclination. The manufacturer also took care of the proper protection of the fan to work in difficult conditions of production halls and livestock buildings with high dust and humidity. The fans have an increased degree of engine protection, high-quality paint coating (polyester powder applied). The heart of the fan is the impeller with specially profiled blades made of polyamide, which ensures very good flow parameters with very low energy consumption. In addition, each motor has been adapted to speed control, thanks to which you can precisely set the appropriate fan flow (using an inverter).
